Using the Go.Learn app for Fitch Learning courses

Courses that are delivered through the Fitch Learning eX platform are available to use on a mobile device  and allow you to access course content offline.

The mobile app is called Go.Learn and is available in the Apple App store and the Google Play store.

There are two ways to get access to the Go.Learn app:

1. Enter the URL to your course directly on a mobile device
2. Manually download the app from the appropriate app store

Using the URL to open the app

1. On your mobile device, open your web browser and navigate to the web address for your Fitch Learning course. You will have received your Platform URL in your email joining instructions.
   For example: https://lms1.fitchlearning.com/esg
2. You will be prompted if you want to us the App; select Open
3. You may receive a second prompt to open in "Go.Learn"; select Open
4. If the app is already installed on your device, your course will open up in the Go.Learn app and you will be directed to the appropriate login page
   
   
   • Enter the username and password that you will have received in your Joining Instructions email and you will be logged in to your course.
5. If the app is not yet installed, you will need to download it to your device before you can log in
   • After selecting Open from Step 2 above you will land on a page where you need to select the correct app store to download the app from
     
     * Select the App Store if you are using an iOS device
     * Select the Google Play if you are using an Android device
   • Install the Go.Learn app from the store and open it

 

Logging in to the Go.Learn app 

• • Once the app loads, you will need to enter your Platform URL. You will have received your Platform URL in your email joining instructions.
    For example: lms1.fitchlearning.com/esg
  • Enter the username and password that you will have received in your Joining Instructions email and you will be logged in to your course.

N.B. If you have entered an incorrect platform URL then do not worry. The app will guide you to make a selection of the correct platform that you have access to.

Downloading the Go.Learn app from the app store

1. On your mobile device, open up the relevant app store; Apple Store for iOS devices, Google Play store for Android devices.
2. Search for: "Go.Learn"
   
3. Install the app and open it when it has finished installing successfully
4. Logging in to the Go.Learn app
