I need some help - how do I raise a support query?

If you need assistance or have a query about your portal or your program, please click on the Support button that is found in bottom-right corner of every portal page - this is what it looks like:

Start typing in a question you may have in the text field:

You will be prompted with a list of articles to click on to find the answer to the query. If you are unable to find the relevant article in the list, click on Get in touch.

When you click on 'Leave a message', fill in the Contact us form below:

Please fill out as much information as possible! The more information we have the easier it is for us to help you.

• Email address - essential for us to reply back - otherwise, you will not get a reply back.
• Subject - what is the subject of your query. 
• Description  - Please provide as much information as possible.
• Attachments - if relevant, please include screenshots or supplementary files.
